This modern cabin has everything you need for a relaxing and fun weekend get away. This home has three bedrooms, a loft, and a basement. It can sleep 8 comfortably, or 9 with the sofa bed. The master has 1 king bed, guest bedroom has 1 queen bed, the third bedroom has two twin beds and a trundle. The basement has a pull out soft bed that sleeps two and its own bathroom. There are 4 bathrooms and 3 levels. This home is only 3 years young and has all the amenities you need. You’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, 5 TV’s, DVD and VCR players with a video selection. There are board games, an air hockey table, toys for the children, a poker table, dart board, and lots of other amenities. This cabin is walking distance to Dunn Court beach and only a short drive to the golf course and Marina.     I stayed there for 4 days 3 nights with a group of friends, we were in Groveland for a wedding. We had an amazing time and the cabin was in the perfect location, close to the water (walking distance) and not too far from the mail gate. The inside of the house blew us away and it made our trip so much fun!

    One thing to consider is that kitchen is designed for a taller person, microwave is a bit hard to reach. Same applies to the bed in the master bedroom, but these items are irrelevant in comperason to the location, condition of property and price.

    Overall, this was a great home to rent. It had everything we needed to make for a relaxing and eventful weekend. There were a couple of issues, however. First, the property description stated a gas grill -- no gas grill. We had to use the "old" charcoal grill. We survived but our meals did not turn out as good as was expected. Second, one of the garbage cans did not have a lid which meant we had to pick up garbage every morning. Lastly, the back yard was filled with dog "droppings," keeping our children from playing in the back. The house itself was fantastic, the amenities inside the house were great (lots of toys and games for the children). However, if you are looking for an environment for children to roam outside and venture, this particular home is not appropriate. We would definitely rent this property again.
