  This is our fourth year at PML, third in this house. We had a great time, because we're used to the worn-out furniture and window treatments, doors and windows that don't work right, and maintenance issues every year. The house size is perfect for our family, and we love the location so we keep coming back. Re-Max is great about reservations and responding to immediate maintenance needs, but it would be really wonderful if the owners would upgrade the house a bit, at least fixing or replacing the items that don't work, and getting rid of some of the unusable junk.

  This is a wonderful, family friendly house in an outstanding location, but it needs some repairs and upgrades. The kitchen drawers fall off their runners. Much of the furniture is in very poor condition, but fortunately, all the beds are great except the bunk bed on the lower floor. The window coverings are horrible, and the place needs a good paint job. We had some plumbing issues, but ReMax was very responsive. The new carpet and deck are great, but other repairs would make this a wonderful house.

• The window coverings in this home are in poor condition. Also, there is a lot of furniture that is in poor condition and should be taken out of the home. The rental agency are very helpful and great to work with!

  We picked this house because of its superb location - just a stairawy away from the beach. The pool table was also a big hit. But we were very disappointed by the poor condition of the house. Very-very old cooling system (can't even call it A/C) wasn't keeping up with the hot summer weather, and didn't cool off the house. Half of the equipment didn't work. Out of 3 TV's only one was working, several lamps didn't have light in it, no light on the deck (makes it hard to BBQ in the dark), the round table in the living room was shaky and felt like it's falling apart, several chairs were broken, most of the electrical outlets were very loose (had to go around the house to look for the place to plug in the laptop), several beds were squeeking, and also it was pretty dusty around the house with lots of spider webs in the corners. I wish the owner/management would take a better care of this perfectly located house.

  This is a great house with plenty of space and activities for everyone, and a wonderful location. Next to the lake with a beach and swim area. House itself needs maintenance, and a few furniture pieces are broken. Carpet is very worn & stained. Some screens are missing, window coverings sag, and pulls don't work. Walls need paint badly. Electrical outlets are "loose" - won't hold plugs in place. Microwave works, but the buttons have quirks, and they don't work as labeled. Deck was being replaced while we were there, and construction noise was disturbing at 7 AM, but obviously temporary. Re/Max was very apologetic and accommodating because of the inconvenience. We'd gladly return after the deck is completed, but would like to see some additional improvements made before our next visit.
